Whatever your situation, we can help.
We provide two types of care, hourly visiting care and live-in care.
Hourly visiting care is for people who require assistance at regular intervals throughout the day. Care visits can be from 30 minutes upwards. There is no limit on how long a carer can stay, in reality, most of our care visits are for anything between 30 to 60 minutes long at differing times through the day.
Visiting care is ideal if you need flexible or routine care for any particular medical concerns or require help preparing meals, cleaning or with personal care. It still provides independence to an individual, but with regular support where needed. Visits can be organised at a time that suits you and can be as long or short as you need.
Live-in care is most appropriate when someone needs a personal assistant around the house at various times of the day. The beauty of live-in care is its inherent flexibility. No two days need be the same and you can structure each day to meet your individual needs and preferences.
Live in care is ideal when the person being cared for wants the reassurance of round the clock care should they need help or assistance at any point. It provides peace of mind for the individual and their family knowing that they are fully supported and is a way to ensure they get efficient care while remaining in their own home.
Home Care Guides
What our clients say about us..
"I would like to extend my thanks to all who helped care for M…… over the years. I would especially like to thank I.. for the professional and caring role he played in M…… care. Always ready to lighten the mood when M…… was in extreme pain. I know that M…… greatly appreciated it. Again my thanks to you all"
"I would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff that currently look after one of my tenants. The difference your care has made is wonderful; I wish other care company's could take a leaf out of your book! Mrs. B is a lovely, elderly lady who tells me each time I see her how nice the carers are and that nothing is too much trouble for them. In a perfect world, I would have your company look after all my other vulnerable tenants. Once again, thank you so much for your ongoing help."
” I am writing to thank your organisation for the care that I have received over the past few weeks. I am so grateful for the assistance provided in checking that my medication was taken, meals had been eaten and other tasks that they provided. I cannot thank Th…., Pe… and other members of your staff enough for providing the comfort and friendship at a time that I needed it. Please keep up your exceptionally good work.”
“A few weeks have passed since our dad passed away and the family have had time to reflect on the care you provided for him in his last few months. The standard of care and help you gave was truly excellent, he spoke so fondly of all of his carers. He never stopped talking about his wonderful carers and how he looked forward to them coming every morning.”
